Kobi S 2017-2018

This 2017-18 year school year I took intro to graphic design. Over the couple months I took this class I created many this using photoshop, and I leaned a lot about how photoshop works. My favorite thing I created in ceramics was my barcode animations and the gifs. this was my favorite thing because I like to make frames, and change the image a little bit as if it was stop motion animation. I also liked this project project because I liked the idea that I was making a mini movie in a way. At first when I was making the gifs it was very complicated and hard but learned how the more I did it. I learned how to move the image, and have the frames change so the image would move a lot faster. a really challenging  thing to do was just to learn the basic skills of photoshop. This was challenging because there were so many things you could do with the software it was overwhelming. After I learned the basics like how to change colors of images and save them to the web it was smooth sailing from there. Also, in graphic design a skill that was essential to learn was time management. This was essential because we could not work with photoshop at home so work time in class was essential. I feel like my final portfolio turned out very well. The website is very organized, and it seems very well put together. I don't Know if I will take more art classes, but I did enjoy graphic design. I might go into graphic design in my career because I like creating things on the computer.
